摘要: 选择性催化还原法(SCR)是目前应用最多的烟气脱硝工艺。主要介绍了选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝技术的原理和绥中电厂4号1 000 MW机组脱硝系统的主要设计参数,并对性能考核试验数据进行分析,提出了优化运行方案。通过调整反应器内局部区域的供氨量,在反应器出口建立均匀、稳定的NOx分布,使SCR系统在保持理想脱硝效率的同时,保持最小的氨逃逸率和良好的可控性运行,以节省喷氨量并减小对空预器的危害,使脱硝系统在环保排放达标的基础上,兼顾节约运行成本和保护设备安全。

Abstract: The theory of the selective catalytic reduction(SCR) DeNOx technology and the main design parameters of denitrification system in No.4 1 000 MW unit of Suizhong Power Plant were introduced. The performance evaluation of test data was analyzed. The optimal operation scheme was proposed. By adjusting the amount of ammonia in reactors of the local area, the uniform and stable distribution of NOx was performed in the outlet of reactors. The desired efficiency of denitration, the minimum rate of ammonia escape and the finer controllable operation can be maintained. Then the amount of spraying ammonia escape was saved and the danger of air preheater was reduced. Based on environmental emissions standards of the denitrification system, the cost of the operation was taken into account and the protection purpose of the equipment safety was gained.
