摘要: 大气污染防治已迫在眉睫,清洁能源的综合高效利用越来越受到重视。国网客服中心南北园区根据建设规划和能源实际需求建立了以电能为基础的能源供给体系。依据国网客服中心南北园区能源供给体系,提出了一种以电能为中心的“绿色复合型能源网”。绿色复合型能源网从冷、热、电等孤立系统整合为利用电能为标识能源的流动网络,实现了对区域内能源生产、储运、供给、控制4个环节及全生命周期进行优化运行及综合能效管理;能源网系统以能源高效利用为基准,以能源供需双向互动为目标,以电能为中心,依靠以智能电网技术为支撑的含多种分布式能源相结合的能源网络,通过能量控制、能效优化等技术,实现了园区内不同类型、不同品质的能源高质量供应和对能源供需的高效率利用。

Abstract: A composite green energy network design based on electric energy is described. The system eliminates traditional working mode which separates cold, heat and other isolated systems. The system is managed through combination of energy production, storage, consumption and controlling during whole lifecycle. Based on electric power, the energy system transport energy efficiently and have seamless two-way interaction with energy request and supply. Based on several smart grid technology, energy control and optimization are achieved in a park that has different types, quality requirement of energy request and supply.
