Abstract: From the perspective of safe and stable operation of power grids, a study is made on a method to judge the advantages and disadvantages of power grid operation schemes. Through an analysis of the relevant factors affecting the safe and stable operation of power grids, a hierarchical fuzzy evaluation matrix group is established in terms of power flow distribution, operation timeliness, equipment health and load loss. The evaluation matrix is created and applied according to the severity level of various factors. Based on the automatic topological analysis of the operation data, an automatic evaluation is made on the consequences caused by different schemes according to the evaluation model of various factors, and the advantages and disadvantages of the operation schemes are automatically evaluated. The case study shows that compared with manual disposal, the proposed method has significant improvement in disposal efficiency and rationality.
