Abstract: In view of the decision-making issues related to the distribution of dynamic capacity-increase of transmission section, a distribution scheme optimization model is proposed in this paper for transmission section dynamic capacity-increase with consideration of the multi-risk of power grid. The model developed in this paper takes multi-risk constraints into consideration, which include health risk of power equipment, weather risk and system anomaly risk. The capacity limits of the transformer, breaker and transmission line are determined by capacity-increase calculation model. The proposed distribution scheme can balance the economy and security in power transmission of large power grids and provide a possible solution and technical scheme for dynamic capacity-increase distribution of transmission section.
