Abstract: The park integrated energy system is a system coupled with multiple clean energies such as cooling, heating, electricity and gas, and it is one of the important ways to achieve China’s carbon neutral strategy. However, due to the uncertainty of the output of internal clean energy units and the mismatch of internal supply and demand, the sustainable development of the park integrated energy system is restricted. Therefore, this paper firstly builds a comprehensive price-based demand response model and an energy policy model based on the construction of a park integrated energy system, and analyzes their impact on the system. Secondly, from the energy supply side, the uncertainty set of clean energy output is constructed based on robust coefficient to avoid output risk; and from the demand side, a comprehensive price demand response model is built to guide the rationality of energy use; On this basis, an optimization model is built with maximizing the net income of the park integrated energy system as the objective function. Finally, multiple scenarios are set up for case study. The results show that with the improvement of the robust coefficient, the risk of energy supply and the cost of deviation penalty can be reduced; the implementation of integrated demand response can improve the matching degree of supply and demand, bring better economic and environmental benefits, and achieve a win-win situation for users and the system; with the help of energy policies, on the basis of a reasonable assessment of the risk of clean energy output, it is necessary to further increase the supply of clean energy.
