Prospect of Application of Edge Computing in the Field of Supply and Demand

Abstract: With the intellectualization of equipment in the supply and demand field, the amount of information transferred between supply and demand areas is increasing, resulting in waste of bandwidth resources and information processed not in time. The introduction of edge computing into the supply and demand field is a good solution to these problems. This paper discusses the emergence and advantages of edge computing. Then it analyzed the supply and demand interaction and explained the demand for edge computing in the supply and demand field. Finally, this paper looks forward to the application of edge computing in the field of supply and demand. And the application of edge computing in the specific scene of supply and demand is built in this paper, which provides reference for the development of edge computing in the field of supply and demand.
