Pricing Mechanism of Green Power Subscription Marketing

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the price forming mechanism of green electricity, this paper studied the impacts of the differences in generation prices, transmission and distribution price, tax cost, administrative cost and rotating standby compensation on sales-price of green electricity. Taking the top sales as the target function and linearizing the impact of sales price on users’ willingness, the pricing model and the corresponding calculation method of green electricity, which is based on users’ willingness, was put forward innovatively. The green electricity price of wind power in Shanxi was taken as a study case to prove the model mentioned above to be of great practical values.
