Abstract: Regarding the three different types of deactivated deNOx catalysts, i.e., honeycomb, plate and corrugation types, different regeneration processes are adopted respectively. The catalyst characterization is also tested using X-ray diffraction(XRD), X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF) and the specific surface area analyzer. Then the structure and performance of the catalysts are compared before and after regeneration. The study results show that there is no change in the crystal form of titanium dioxide and the active ingredients such as V2O5 are still highly dispersed. After regeneration, the BET and pore volume of the three type catalysts are improved and the microporous structure is recovered. The toxic elements of K, Na and Fe are removed to some extent. Hence the catalytic activities get improved.
