关口计量平台的线损计算及其影响因素分析

Analysis on Line-Loss Calculation and Influencing Factors Based on Gateway-Metering Platform

摘要: 为提高电网企业的现代化经营管理水平,辽宁电网着手建立了全省统一的关口计量信息管理平台,以采集关口点数据,主要用于购售电管理与线损分析等。在已有研究成果的基础上,结合此平台特点,提出了一种通用、实时的线损计算方法;并借助于梯度与方向导数对模型的参数影响度与灵敏度进行了分析,最后通过算例证明了该方法的正确性与有效性。该研究成果可以有效地为电网规划、运行提供具体的参考指导。

Abstract: To improve the operation and management efficiency of power grid enterprises, a provincially unified gateway-metering platform is established in Liaoning power grid, which can collect the gateway point data for management of electricity purchase and sale and analysis of line losses. A universal real-time line loss calculation method is proposed on the basis of existing research results and platform features and the impact and sensitivity of the model parameters is analyzed by means of the gradient and directional derivative. Moreover, a case study is used to prove the correctness and effectiveness of the method, and the results show that it is a useful reference for power grid planning and operation.
