摘要: 锅炉在线寿命管理技术是一种以锅炉高温关键部件在线温度、压力等状态参数为基础,通过在线寿命评估模型有效地实现部件残余寿命实时预测的技术。该技术经过在火电行业数十年的发展历程,已形成了多种专业化的寿命管理系统软件,且在国内多家火电厂应用。通过对该技术的研究成果和发展特点进行归纳分析,并认真回顾和总结目前的应用现状,对未来的发展方向提出新的展望。

Abstract: Boiler online life management technology is destined to realize effective real-time residual life prediction through online life assessment model with the condition parameters of key parts such as temperature and pressure in consideration. Through several decades of development in thermal power industry, a variety of specialized life management system softwares have been developed and applied in many domestic thermal power plants. Through detailed induction and analysis, the research results and development characteristics of the technology are reviewed and the current situation of its application is summarized, and new prospects for future's development are explored.
