燃煤电厂典型除尘器运行现状分析及优化

摘要: 调研分析72家燃煤电厂配套的287台不同类型除尘器的运行现状及存在问题,并针对不同类型除尘器给出了相应的优化提效建议:通过干式电除尘器不同电场的振打频度调整、降压振打优化和电源智能控制优化等措施实现节能提效;通过低低温电除尘器多尺度、多场耦合模拟试验,合理布置导流构件解决低温省煤器段的磨损、积灰等问题;通过袋式除尘器气流分布优化和智能调控解决袋式除尘器易糊袋、破袋和能耗高等问题;通过湿式电除尘器极配型式优化提升其运行稳定性,减少电场闪络频繁的现象。

Abstract: In this study, 287 typical coal-fired unit dust removal facilities in 72 power plants are selected to investigate the operation status and issues of dust collectors, and corresponding suggestions are given on optimization and efficiency improvement for different types of dust collectors: For dry electrostatic precipitators (ESPs), energy saving and efficiency improvement can be achieved by adjusting electric field rapping frequency, voltage reduction rapping and power intelligent control optimization; For low-low temperature ESPs, multi-scale and multi-field coupling simulation test of the whole process can solve the problems of wear and ash deposition, and the guide components can be reasonably arranged; For bag filters, airflow distribution optimization and intelligent regulation can solve the problem of bag breakage and high energy consumption; For wet ESPs, optimization of the electrode configuration can enhance the operational stability and reduce the frequency of electric field flashover.
