摘要: 基于“互联网+”与传统行业进行深度融合的新形势,提出了“互联网+电力营销”智能互动服务创新体系,构建了由资源保障、数据支撑、业务管理、运营管理4个层面组成的智能互动服务创新体系架构。对该体系部分业务进行了实践应用,初步验证了所提智能互动服务创新体系的先进性与实用性。

Abstract: Based on new era of deep integration between “Internet +” and traditional industry, an “internet + power marketing” innovative system of intelligent and interactive service is presented. The architecture of intelligent and interactive service is described, which consist of resources support, data support, business management and operations management. The proposed system has been applied in practice partially which shows its advantage and effectiveness.
