海水脱硫应用现状与研究进展

摘要: 海水脱硫具有经济优势,适合沿海电厂烟气脱硫。对海水脱硫技术的国内外应用现状、存在问题及膜气体吸收海水脱硫工艺、脱硫海水恢复系统、填料和填料塔等方面的最新研究进展予以介绍,并从技术、经济和安全方面对海水脱硫、膜法海水脱硫及石灰石-石膏脱硫工艺进行了性能比较,提出我国海水脱硫技术的发展策略。

Abstract: The seawater desulfurization technology has the advantage of economic benefit, and is suitable for flue gas desulfurization in coastal thermal power plant. The domestic and overseas engineering application and application problem of seawater desulfurization technology were introduced. Research progress in membrane gas absorption for flue gas desulfurization, seawater recovery system, structured packing and packed tower were described. The performance comparison of economy and safety between seawater desulfurization, seawater desulfurization with membrane contactor and limestone-gypsum flue gas desulfurization were analyzed. The development strategy of seawater desulfurization technology in China was proposed. Finally the development prospects of flue gas treatment for China coastal coal-fired power plant were proposed.
