摘要: 能源互联网研究与实践快速推进,新理念、新技术开始涌现,呈现开放、融合态势。准确把握能源互联网发展方向与基本特征对研判中国能源行业未来形态、科学推进能源转型尤为重要。立足于中国中长期能源转型不同路径比较,着眼于“能源+”的高度去定位能源在未来经济高质量发展中的位置,结合对能源互联网架构与运行机理的分析以及对跨界融合实践特点的总结,提出了广义能源互联网发展理念;在此基础上,探讨影响其产业头部格局的关键因素,即互联互通能力、综合能源系统规划设计能力和产业创新生态系统建设能力等。这种更包容、更开放的能源互联网发展理念,有利于推动能源转型突破新动能、新模式、新业态的创新瓶颈。

Abstract: The research and practice of energy internet has been rapidly advanced, and new ideas and technologies have begun to emerge, showing an open and integrated trend. Accurately understanding the development direction and characteristics of energy internet is particularly important for predicting the future form of energy industry and scientifically promoting energy transformation. Based on the comparison of different paths of medium- and long-term energy transformation, this paper focuses on the "Energy Plus" to determine the position of energy in the future high-quality economic development. It also proposes the development concepts of comprehensive energy internet after an analysis of the energy internet framework and operation mechanism, as well as the transboundary integration characteristics. And then, the paper explores the key factors affecting the industrial head structure, namely the interconnection and intercommunication ability, the planning and design ability of integrated energy system, the construction ability of industrial innovation ecosystem, and etc. This more inclusive and more open development idea of energy internet is conducive to advancing the energy transformation to break through the innovation bottleneck of new kinetic energy, new models and new formats.
