摘要: 随着中国特高压电网的建设发展和铁塔组立施工工艺及配套施工装备技术水平的进步,以标准《750 kV架空送电线路铁塔组立施工工艺导则》(Q/GDW 112—2004)为核心逐步形成的整个架空输电线路铁塔组立施工技术标准体系存在部分内容重复、衔接性差以及在实际工作中适用性差等问题。因此需要系统梳理架空输电线路铁塔组立施工技术标准体系构成及存在问题,结合现有铁塔塔型特点、组立施工工艺特点和铁塔组立施工装备能力,提出进一步优化中国电力行业架空输电线路铁塔组立施工技术标准体系的框架结构,为铁塔组立施工提供技术支撑。

Abstract: With the rapid construction of UHV grid and the progress of construction technology and equipment of power transmission towers, some problems appear in the current technical standard system for assembly and erection construction of steel towers of overhead transmission line with the standard “Construction technology guidance for the assembling and erection of the steel towers of 750 kV overhead transmission line”(Q/GDW 112—2004)as the core, which include contents repetition, poor connection and poor applicability to the practical engineering. Therefore, in order to provide a technical support for assembling and erecting steel towers, it is necessary to further optimize the framework structure of existing China's electric power industry technical standard system for assembly and erection construction of steel towers of overhead transmission line, which should be carried out based on an analysis of the constitutions and problems of current standard system, and with a consideration of the features of tower types, the tower construction technology and the equipment for erecting steel tower.
