煤电与雾霾关系研究

摘要: 煤炭燃烧与雾霾关系密切,导致不少人错误地认为煤电是雾霾产生的主要因素,对煤电健康持续发展带来了消极影响。在分析中国煤炭和煤电发展定位以及雾霾成因的基础上,从不同化石一次能源消费品种到不同煤炭消费行业,通过煤炭燃烧方式、单位煤耗大气污染物排放强度、排放标准等方面剖析了煤电和雾霾的关系。研究表明,煤电是最为清洁、高效的煤炭利用方式,发展清洁化煤电是治理雾霾的重要手段。

Abstract: Although smog is closely related to coal burning, coal power plant is not the major factor of smog creation as many people mistakenly thought. Based on analysis of smog formation and development orientation of coal energy in China, the relationship between coal energy and smog is discussed in detail from aspects of coal burning mode, air pollutants emission strength and emission standard. The research shows that coal thermal plant is the cleanest and most effective way of coal consumption, and developing clean coal thermal plant is an important method to deal with smog.
