基于虚拟连接割集的智能变电站继电保护安全隔离策略

Security Isolation Strategies Based on Virtual Connections Cut Set for Relay Protection in Smart Substation

摘要: 为提高继电保护系统在检修过程中对检修设备进行安全隔离的可靠性,提出了基于虚拟连接割集的智能变电站继电保护安全隔离策略自动生成方法。首先分析了智能变电站技术下继电保护安全隔离的必要性;然后构建了继电保护安全隔离模型,包括设备与信息的关联关系模型,设备间虚拟连接的割集模型和支路与软压板的关联关系模型。基于安全隔离模型阐述了隔离策略自动生成的实现方法。最后以某110 kV变电站110 kV侧的继电保护系统为例进行了案例分析,分析结果表明,该方法能够有效利用SCD解析出来的虚拟连接关系生成最终的软压板退出策略。

Abstract: To improve reliability of relay protection system isolation in smart substation, an automatic security isolation strategies generation method based on virtual connection cut set is proposed. This paper first analyzes the necessity of security isolation of relay protection system in smart substation. Then the proposed model is constructed including equipment and associated information models, virtual connection cut set model and relational model between branch and soft strips. Finally, the 110 kV side relay protection system of a 110 kV substation is taken as an example to analyze proposed method. Security isolation strategy analysis results show the effectiveness of proposed method.
