摘要: 德国是世界上最早开展风电并网技术、并网标准和相关政策研究的国家,在风电并网技术等方面居于世界领先地位。对德国和我国在风电并网政策、技术标准和风电认证技术体系等方面进行了对比研究,旨在借鉴德国风电发展的先进经验,进一步完善我国风电并网技术,提高全社会的风电消纳水平。

关键词: 风力发电, 并网技术, 标准, 可再生能源发电

Abstract: Germany is the first country to conduct the research on wind power integrating techniques, technical standards and related policies, which make it at the leading position globally in wind power management. The comparison between Germany and China in respect of integration strategies, technical standards and certification systems is made to borrow the advanced experience from Germany and improve the integration techniques and social accommodation level in China.
