国家电网仿真计算数据管理平台研究与实现

Research and Implementation of Power Grid Simulation Data Management Platform

摘要: 深入剖析了大型互联电网对仿真计算数据管理的需求并提出了解决方案;研发了提取多时间断面电网模型的技术和应对母线拓扑变化的计算数据处理技术,开发了电网仿真计算数据管理平台并成功应用于国家电网仿真中心,有效支撑了调度系统等数十家单位联合计算数据的准备工作,成为国网运行方式数据管理和数据发布的平台。有效解决了超大规模电网运行方式数据准备工作周期长、工作效率偏低等问题,统一了不同地区仿真计算的数据来源,实现了电网仿真数据的远端维护、集中管理和滚动更新,提高了电网仿真模型数据的维护效率及质量,为特高压交直流混联大电网的安全稳定运行提供有力支撑。

Abstract: Based on an in-depth analysis of the requirements of large interconnected power grids for simulation data management, the corresponding solutions are proposed. The paper studies the technology for extracting multi-time-section power grid model and the data processing technology for addressing bus topology change, and develops a data management platform for power grid simulation, which has been successfully applied to the State Grid Simulation Center, and supported dozens of units such as dispatching center for the preparation of joint calculation data, and become a platform of data management and distribution for the State Grid. The platform has effectively solved the problems of long data preparation period and low work efficiency of ultra-large-scale power grids, unified the data sources for simulation calculation in different areas, realized the remote maintenance, centralized management and rolling update of power grid simulation data, and improved the maintenance efficiency and quality of power grid simulation data, and provided strong support for the safe and stable operation of UHV AC/DC hybrid power grid.
