摘要: 构建全球能源互联网,对于实施“一带一路”战略、推动能源生产和消费革命、保障国家能源安全具有重要意义。基于特高压、智能电网、清洁能源的国内外发展实践,提出了通过加快实施清洁替代和电能替代、实现世界能源可持续发展的解决思路,论述了构建全球能源互联网的可行性,分析了构建全球能源互联网的技术创新领域以及综合效益。

关键词: 全球能源互联网, 清洁替代, 电能替代, 特高压, 智能电网, 清洁能源

Abstract: The global energy interconnection will be of great importance to implement“the Belt and Road Initiative”, boost energy revolution and ensure national energy security. The author gives an in-depth discussion on the development practice of global UHV, smart grid and clean energy both in China and abroad, and then comes up with the idea of sustainable energy development by speeding up clean replacement and electricity replacement. The feasibility of establishing global energy interconnection is also elaborated. Lastly, key areas of technological innovation for global energy interconnection are pointed out and corresponding comprehensive benefits to the environment, economy and society are described.
