TCCS技术在大型核电机组中的应用及问题分析

Analysis on the Application and Related Issues of TCCS Technology in Large Nuclear Power Units

摘要: 针对大容量核电汽轮机在采用传统方法测量通流间隙时,半缸状态下测量值不能准确反映实际运行状态的问题,介绍了一种可应用于全缸状态、基于激光追踪原理的通流间隙测量技术,即TCCS技术;就TCCS技术与传统方法进行了比较,阐述了其优点和局限性。针对TCCS技术在国内大型核电汽轮机组的应用情况,进行了数据分析,提出了该技术在实际应用中存在的问题,并结合现场实际情况,从4大方面提出15条措施。通过这些措施的实施,解决了应用中出现的问题,改进的TCCS技术在现场的应用取得了理想的效果。

Abstract: Regarding the problem that the measured clearance value in disassembled casing condition cannot reflect the actual operation status when using the traditional method to measure the large capacity nuclear turbine clearance, this paper introduces a laser-track based clearance control technique, i.e. TCCS, which can be applied for assembled casing condition. Compared with the traditional method, the advantages and limitations of TCCS are presented. The data analysis is conducted for the first TCCS application case of domestic large capacity nuclear turbine and the problems in the application are put forward. Considering the actual situation on site, 15 action items from four aspects are proposed and carried out. Through the implementation of these action items, the problems are solved, the application of TCCS on site is improved and satisfactory result is achieved eventually.
