北斗通信在智能电网状态监测中的应用

Application of Beidou Communication in Smart Grid Status Monitoring

摘要: 输变电线路状态监测技术是实现智能电网的重要手段,目前绝大多数基于移动公网的在线监测系统受地理环境限制,存在覆盖盲区,难以进行远程数据传输。针对这一难题,对北斗通信应用于智能电网输变电状态监测进行了研究,提出了新的系统架构和技术方案。通过重新设计的软硬件,以北斗卫星短消息通信方式作为输变电状态监测的关键数据传输技术,能够很好地实现输变电线路状态监测系统的实时稳定和可靠的数据传输。随着智能电网信息化的发展,系统具有较好的实用性。

Abstract: Power transmission line status monitoring technology is very important to Smart Grid. Currently, most systems are based on public mobile network. Those systems are subject to restriction of geographical environmental conditions and have lots of blind area. A new system architecture and technical scheme is proposed by using Beidou satellite communication. The redesigned software and hardware has ability to use Beidou satellite short message as key data transmission method for power transmission status monitoring. The proposed method can provide stable and reliable real time data transmission of power transmission line status monitoring. The system is applicable and extendable with smart grid information development.
