线性ADRC在汽包水位串级三冲量控制上的研究与应用

摘要: 将自抗扰控制器进行线性化处理,按照典型二阶系统性能指标的要求给出了一种相关参数的整定方法,并将其应用到汽包水位串级三冲量控制上。从Matlab的仿真结果看,这种线性自抗扰控制器(LADRC)需要整定的参数少、且整定简便,满足系统的稳态响应指标,对系统干扰具有很好的鲁棒性,而这是传统控制器难以得到的满意的控制品质,因而对于实际中存在的大量模型不确定热工被控对象,LADRC是个理想的选择,具有很好的实际推广使用价值。

Abstract: Based on the linear simplification of the ADRC controller, this study presents a method of tuning the relevant parameters in accordance with the request of the close-loop system’s response and applies the method in the drum-level cascade three-impulse control. The Matlab simulation results show that this linear ADRC(LADRC) requires less tuning parameters, and is simple to operate. It can meet the requirements of the steady-state response of the system, and has good robust for all kinds of interferences which makes it to stand out from the traditional ones. Therefore, the LADRC is an ideal choice for a large number of thermal-controlled objects with uncertain model in practice, and is good for promotion and application.
