火电厂煤场自燃的形成特征及防控方法

摘要: 结合生产实践,描述煤场存煤自燃的过程,阐述煤场自燃的煤质、区域、季节等特征。总结归纳了防控自燃的有效方法:选择稳定性好的煤种对煤场进行铺底处理;夯实煤堆底层周边;自燃风险高的煤于专区储存或与灰分高的煤混合储存;针对不同自燃情况正确采用以水灭火的方式;合理组堆减少向风面;优先取用高风险煤。某发电公司采取上述措施后,煤场自燃率逐步下降,已实现连续较长时间无自燃现象发生。

Abstract: Combined with production practice, the spontaneous combustion process of coal in storage is described. The characteristics of coal yard spontaneous combustion, such as the coal qualities, yard locations and climate conditions are summarized. The effective measures to prevent the spontaneous combustion are also put forward, including choosing the coals of good stability as bed coal to pave the coal yard, tamping the coal pile bottom periphery, putting the coal of high-risk spontaneous combustion in storage in special areas or mixing it with high-ash content coal for storage, adopting the right way to extinguish the fire with water under different spontaneous combustion scenarios; reducing the windward side area with reasonable group piling ; prioritizing the high-risk coal for firing. After taking these measures, the frequency of coal yard spontaneous combustion in one power plant is gradually decreasing. So far no spontaneous combustion has ever taken place in a continuous long period.
