摘要: 根据新修订颁布的GB13223—2011 火电厂大气污染物排放标准,中国已经成为世界上SO2控制标准最严的国家。为应对新标准,对燃煤电厂二氧化硫控制对策进行了研究。介绍SO2控制的标准沿革、技术发展历程和控制现状,总结烟气脱硫传统技术存在的问题,针对新标准的要求,从设计、运行、管理、技术革新等方面提出了相应对策和措施,并介绍了几种SO2脱除效率高、无二次污染且可资源化回收的工艺,为燃煤电厂脱硫设备的运行、管理及今后脱硫技术的选择提供参考。

Abstract: According to the new revised GB13223-2011 emission standard of air pollutants for thermal power plant, China has become the strictest country of the SO2 control standard in the world. For meeting the new standard, SO2 control countermeasures of coal-fired power plants were researched. The evolution of sulfur dioxide emission standard, the development process of desulfurization and control situation in thermal power plant were introduced. The problems of traditional flue gas desulfurization technology were summarized. For satisfying the new standard, the relevant countermeasures in design, operation, management and technologies were proposed. Several effective, reclaimable and without secondary pollution processes of desulfurization were introduced, which can provide reference for the operation and management of desulfurization equipment and for the selection of the desulfrization technology.
