基于概率风险评估的直流输电系统短时检修安排

Short-time Maintenance Schedule of HVDC Transmission Systems Based on Probabilistic Risk Assessment

摘要: 针对目前调度部门和设备运行部门工作目标对立的局面,提出一种基于概率方法的直流输电系统计划检修的风险评估方法。该算法可用来量化评估直流输电系统检修对电网造成的风险。该直流停运风险指标仅由2个指标加权构成,即负荷削减概率指标LOLP和严重程度指标SI。基于历史运行数据和调度部门的专家建议,提出了系统能够接受的风险阔值标准,若直流停运检修的风险低于该阔值则可以批准检修。该方法为直流输电系统的检修安排提供了一种有效的分析工具。最后,以南方电网为例说明了所提出方法的实用性和有效性。

Abstract: A novel risk evaluation method is proposed in this paper for planned maintenance of HVDC transmission systems by using probabilistic method, which can quantitatively evaluate the risk of HVDC transmission system maintenance on power grid reliability. Two major indices, including the loss of load probability(LOLP) and severity index(SI), are chosen to construct the power grid operation risk indices. Based on the calculation of historical operation data and advices of dispatching department, a risk threshold criterion is proposed for evaluating planned maintenance of HVDC transmission system, below which the planned maintenance can be approved. The methodology provides an effective analysis tool for scheduling department to choose the appropriate time to arrange maintenance. Finally, by taking the China Southern Power Grid as an example, a case study is carried out, which has demonstrated the high efficiency of the proposed method.
