Causes and Solutions of Water Leaking into the Lubricating Oil System of Feedwater Pump Turbine of 350-MW Supercritical Units

摘要: 介绍了国产引进型350 MW机组给水泵及其小汽轮机设备特点;以新疆阿拉尔盛源热电1号机组为例,对于该厂汽动给水泵组润滑油系统长期存在油中进水、油质乳化的问题进行了分析,得出给水泵汽轮机轴封压力不稳定是造成润滑油进水的主要原因。通过对给水泵汽轮机轴封系统供汽方式进行改造,使该问题得以有效解决。

Abstract: In this paper, the characteristics of the domestically-made feedwater pump with the imported technology and its driving turbine are introduced for the 350-MW unit. Taking the Unit 1 of Xinjiang Alar Shengyuan Power Plant as a case, the long-term existing problems of water leaking into the lubricating oil system of the feedwater pump turbine and oily emulsion are analyzed. The analysis concludes that it is the instable gland steam pressure that causes water to leak into the lubricating oil system. Through the modification of the steam supply mode of the shaft seal system for the feedwater pump turbine, the problems are solved effectively.
