面向对象的火电机组旁路控制算法设计与应用

Object-Oriented Algorithm Design and Application of Bypass Control System for Thermal Generation Units

摘要: 通过对目前旁路控制系统控制设计模式与应用情况的分析,指出了传统面向过程的顺序程序设计模式使得机组旁路全程控制功能实现过程趋于复杂,系统缺乏必要的容错能力。在旁路全程控制系统的设计过程中引入面向对象编程技术,并以旁路启动过程为例,对旁路系统全程控制进行抽象分析。依据所定义的旁路压力与阀门开度两个重要属性,对旁路进行了对象区域的划分,设计了各个对象所拥有的可重载的操作方法。最后,采用控制系统SAMA图表述了所设计的控制策略,并在某1 000 MW机组DCS控制系统进行组态,实现了旁路全程控制功能。旁路实际运行过程表明,采用面向对象技术设计的旁路全程控制系统简单、实用,控制系统具备较强的容错性和健壮性。

Abstract: In this paper, through the analysis on the current design technology and applications of bypass control systems, the authors pointed out that the traditional sequential programming design technology tends to complicate the operation process of the bypass control functionality and the system does not have sufficient fault tolerance. Therefore, the object-oriented programming technology is introduced into the whole process control design for bypass systems. Taking the bypass startup process for example, the abstraction analysis on the whole process control is conducted. According to the two important attributes defined, i.e., pressure and valve position, the bypass status is divided into different object regions with the overload methods constructed. Finally, the SAMA diagram of the control system is implemented to illustrate the control strategy. The bypass whole process control is then realized in the DCS control system of a 1 000-MW unit. The operation of the bypass system indicates that by virtue of the object-oriented programming technology, the bypass whole process control system is simple but practical with high fault tolerance and robustness.
