Research on the Integrated Design of Prefabricated Pure Electric Bus Charging Station

Abstract: With the continuous decrease of world energy in these years, the extensive use of vehicles has led to the lack of oil reserves. The clean energy vehicles are good solution to the energy shortage and are promoted in lots of countries. However, the major problems for the electric vehicle development are the lifetime and power charging of electric vehicles. Therefore, construction of the power charging station is in the first pri-ority of the project. The existing power charging stations are constructed by building“house” firstly, followed by assembling and debugging power supply facilities, purging electric facilities, monitoring facilities and auxiliary facilities. A new type of prefab-ricated power system is proposed, in which the cabinet is used to replace the original power station building and a simple greenhouses are constructed in the field . The elec-tric and monitoring ficilities, such as lighting HVAC, water supply, drainage, firefighting and environmental protection equipment are wired and cabled in the prefabricated cabi-net. The integration design saves the resources of human, material, finance and space.
