Abstract: With the deepening of the construction of energy internet, China's energy-related industries are actively innovating from top to bottom to promote the efficient and rational use and development of energy. As the focus of energy consumption and the centralized application of energy internet technology, park users are the important front positions of the energy revolution. How to efficiently and deeply mine the value information contained in massive data and depict the energy consumption characteristics of users in the park to provide value services for users, power grids and more market players is an important content and research direction of energy internet. Based on the user portrait technology, this paper constructs a three-level tag system for campus users covering multiple dimensions of user characteristics, taking into account factors such as load level, power consumption behavior and interaction ability. Based on this, a maturity evaluation model for campus users is constructed to evaluate the power consumption characteristics of users from three dimensions of load level, power consumption behavior, and interaction ability. The case study shows that the model is helpful for regional power grid operators to quickly and intuitively grasp the load behavior patterns and electricity demand laws of power users, and then efficiently carry out accurate power supply and value-added services.
