Analysis on Foreign Typical Market Mechanisms for Promoting New Energy Consumptive

Abstract

Abstract: China power grids are plagued by new energy consumption problems, due to power structure, power transmission capacity, new energy installed capacity growth, which have led to the increasingly prominent growth of China wind and photo-voltaic curtailment. Firstly, it analyzes main reasons to cause Chinese new energy consumptive problem. Then based on summarizing 2 kinds of consumptive methods, including indemnificatory new energy consumptive and market oriented method, it introduces 5 kinds of typical abroad market mechanisms to promote new energy consumptive, including new energy power forecasting, electricity deviation mechanism, peak load regulation mechanism, inter-regional and inter-national consumptive mechanism and renewable energy quota system. Combined with above abroad market mechanisms, it analyzes current market mechanisms situation of new energy consumptive in China. Finally, 5 specific recommendations to new energy consumptive in China are put forward, including forecast level, establishment of market mechanisms, electricity deviation processing, peak load regulation ancillary service and consumption scope expand.
