Abstract: Achieving a comprehensive assessment of the power generation scheduling is important for choosing power generation plans. Firstly, a complete set of indicator system is established. Then, by combining with TOPSIS method, the three-demarcation method is used to calculate the indicator weight with the idea of iteration, which can not only ensure the accuracy of calculation, but also avoid the difficulty of consistency check in the process of traditional weighting. Then the TOPSIS method is used to evaluate the scheme, in which the indicators of the scheme and the Euler distance between the positive and negative ideal solutions are used to grading the scheme, subsequently realizing the evaluation of the power generation scheduling. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by the data of actual power grid.
