Research and Application of Smart Substation Configuration File Online Control Based on Network Analyzer

Abstract: Some provincial power companies in China have developed operation management system of configuration files for smart substation so as to make a control management of such files as SCD, CID, CCD and ICD. However, there are still some inconformity problems between control configuration files and field device configuration files. Based on the characteristics of the network analyzer in real-time operation and the reliable communication of the total station secondary equipment, such means as packet analysis, service analysis, network node changes and check code are used to make a real time comparative analysis of the device configuration files and archive configuration files so as to realize the three-dimensional control of configuration files from the substation end to dispatching end, and the online and off-line multi-dimension and seamless control of configuration files. In this way, the safety level of smart substa-tions is improved.
