Research on Intelligent Detection System of SF6 Biotoxicity

Abstract: Some toxic substances may remain during the new SF6 production, biotoxicity is an important indicator of the total analysis of SF6 gas. The traditional detection method costs a long time and needs a technical person on guard. In order to meet needs of the rapid development of electric power construction, and enhance the detection efficiency of SF6 gas, a set of SF6 toxicity intelligent detection system was developed, in which many advanced technologies were applied, such as the multi-channel flow control and protection, rapid gas balance and remote video monitoring. The function and effect of each main module in the system are introduced in this paper, the experimental results show that the expected design goal was realized, which can effectively improve the working efficiency of the test work, protect the test environment and ensure the quality of the equipment. Besides, it do not need a special person to watch and have the value of popularization and application.
