Abstract: The process of comprehensive decision making of distribution network planning is inevitably affected by subjective consciousness, which would reduce the reliability of decision. So minimizing the impact of subjective deviation on decision making as much as possible is important to reasonable grid construction and reformation. In this paper, group decision making based on AHP (GAHP) is introduced, which can realize consistency analysis of each decision group members' opinion and work out the dynamic weight of each members, and then form an objective, representative aggregation opinion. It provides a new method for the final program sorting. GAHP could enhance the objectivity and fairness as well as improve the accuracy and reliability of the results of decision making. The example shows the correctness and simplicity of the proposed GAHP.
