Investment Decision-making Method for Regional Distribution Network Planning Considering Distributed Generations

摘要: 分布式电源(distributed generation, DG)作为可再生能源的重要发电方式,在配电网中的应用越来越广泛。针对配电网投资结构与投资效益方面存在较大的不确定性问题,提出一种考虑分布式电源的区域配电网投资决策方法。首先,在分布式电源对配电网的影响分析的基础上,给出配电网投资效益的关联关系解析方法,并引入配电网建设改造措施、受影响运行参数、投资效益指标等中间变量,将投资与效益进行关联。然后,以配电网综合效益最优为目标,提出配电网规划投资决策方法,并给出主要流程和关键步骤。最后,以中国北方某省所属不同供电区域为例进行分析,验证所提方法的有效性。

Abstract: As an important power generation mode of renewable energy, the distributed generation (DG) is increasingly integrated into distribution networks. Aiming at the uncertainties in investment structure and investment benefits of the regional distribution network with DG, an investment decision-making method is proposed for distribution network planning considering DG integration. Firstly, based on analysis of the DG impact on the distribution network, an association analytic method is given for investment benefits of the distribution network, and intermediate variables, such as distribution network renovation measures, affected operating parameters and investment benefit indicators, are introduced to associate the investment with benefits. Secondly, by taking the optimal comprehensive benefits as the objective, an investment decision-making method is proposed for distribution network planning, and the main processes and key steps are given. At last, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through case study of a power supply area in a northern China province.
