节能减排背景下广东省城镇居民能源需求研究

Research on Energy Consumption of Guangdong Urban Residents Under the Background of Energy Conservation and Emissions Reduction

摘要: 长期以来,能效水平提升、降低能耗的重点在工业领域,对居民能源消费研究不够深入,而随着居民生活水平的提高及改善,伴随着城镇化建设的加速推进,城镇居民生活能源消费量快速增长,成为全社会能源消费的主要部门,其能源消费的能效水平及结构是否符合节能减排的诉求将显著影响全社会节能减排。以广东省城镇居民能源消费为研究对象,基于能源长期规划模型(LEAP),采用情景分析法研究节能减排背景下广东省城镇居民能源需求总量及结构。为构建居民可持续能源消费模式提供依据,为推进居民节能相关政策的制定提供决策参考。

Abstract: For a long time, research on energy conservation is mostly focused on industry sector, while the research on energy consumption of residents is not deep enough. With the improvement of resident's living and strong promotion of urbanization, the energy consumption of urban residents is increasing rapidly and has become the key sector of energy consumption in whole society. Therefore, the energy consumption efficiency of urban residents has significant impacts on energy conservation of the whole society. By taking the energy consumption of urban residents in Guangdong province for case study, the total amount and structure of energy consumption of urban residents in Guangdong province are studied based on the LEAP model by using the scenario analysis method, which can provide a basis for establishing a sustainable resident's energy consumption mode, and a decision-making reference for formulating relevant policies on resident's energy conservation.
