“三北”地区风电开发、输送及消纳研究

摘要: 为实现风电的又好又快发展,必须在规划研究阶段就协调好风电开发布局、输送方式选择和高水平利用问题。对风电集中开发与分散开发2种模式进行了探讨,研究了2020年风电实现2亿kW开发规模下的布局方案,并通过构建风电开发、输送及消纳综合分析方法,以保证较好的风电利用效率为目标,着重研究了“三北”地区风电输送和消纳模式,并提出了2020年“三北”及全国风电较为科学的发展情景。

Abstract: To get satisfactory development quality and rapid speed for wind power generations, we should coordinate the layout, transmitting pattern and accommodation modes even in the stage of planning. In this paper, the mode of concentrated and dispersed exploitation was discussed, the layout scheme of 200 GW wind power generations was investigated, and by the established comprehensive analysis method of wind power exploitation, transmission and accommodation, to ensure efficient wind power utilization, the mode of transmission and accommodation of wind power in “SanBei” area of China was mainly studied. Based on the studies above, scientific scenario of wind power in “SanBei” and whole China by 2020 were proposed.
