崇礼新一代电力系统的发展路径设计及实践

摘要: 河北张家口崇礼区域具有丰富的可再生能源资源和政策基础,建设崇礼新一代电力系统具有十分重大的意义和价值。沿着广泛互联、智能互动、灵活柔性、安全可控、开放共享重要方向,描述了能源转型下新一代电力系统的重要内涵与特征,构建了新一代电力系统建设发展的指标评价体系。基于能源基础数据,进一步分析出冬奥会建设期初电网现状及期末建设目标,设计出能源互联网的发展技术路径,系统性地梳理评价了17项重大建设工程对系统目标达成的贡献度。最后综合评估了以上工程建设完成后,新一代电力系统的建设成效。评估结果显示,在冬奥会开幕前,崇礼将建设成为符合未来发展方向、技术特征显著的新一代电力系统。

Abstract: The Chongli area in Zhangjiakou, Hebei Province, has rich renewable energy resources with favorable policies for development. It is of great significance and value to build a new generation of power system in Chongli under the background of China's energy revolution and re-electric strategy. Under the guidance of wide interconnection, intelligent interaction, flexible flexibility, safety control and open sharing, an index evaluation system is constructed for construction and development of the new generation of power system based on its important connotation and characteristics. Based on the energy data, the paper analyzes the status of the power system in the early construction period of the Winter Olympic Games, and presents the final construction goals of the power system. Furthermore, the technology path for Energy Internet development is designed and the contributions of 17 major engineering projects to the power system's goals are systematically analyzed. Finally, the construction effects of the new generation power system are comprehensively evaluated based on the completion of the above projects. The evaluation result shows that before the opening of the Winter Olympic Games, a new generation of power system will be built in Chongli with remarkable technical characteristics and in line with the future development direction.
