燃煤电厂电除尘器优化运行调整及效果分析

摘要: 田集电厂2×600 MW机组配套的电除尘器为四电场设置,2010年2号锅炉大修后经相关单位对其除尘性能进行测试,测试结果表明:2号锅炉的电除尘器除尘效率达不到设计要求。通过对影响电除尘器除尘效率的原因进行分析,找出了提高电除尘器除尘效率的方法,并对2号锅炉电除尘器运行方式进行具体优化调整,取得了良好环保和节能效果。

Abstract: There are four electric fields in the electrostatic precipitators(ESPs) for the two 600-MW units in Tianji Power Plant. A performance test for the ESP was carried out in 2010 after the overhaul of Boiler 2, which indicates that the dust removal efficiency does not meet the designed parameters. Through the analysis on the efficiency-related factors, the method for improving the efficiency is found out and adopted to optimize the operation of the ESP for Boiler 2, which has achieved satisfactory results in environmental protection and energy saving.
