管束式除尘除雾器在脱硫串塔系统中的应用及性能评价

摘要: 某670 MW燃煤机组为实现超低排放改造,将原除雾器更换为管束式除尘器。通过调整电袋复合除尘器旁路开度及脱硫系统喷淋层运行模式,现场测试不同工况下的脱硫系统整体协同洗尘效率。根据测试结果,管束式除尘器在高负荷工况中展现了较高的协同洗尘效率,但在低负荷工况中,协同洗尘效率明显降低,雾滴含量上升,并且喷淋层运行模式对洗尘效果影响较大。

Abstract: To achieve the target of ultra-low emissions, the original defogger was replaced with a tube bundle precipitator in the 670 MW coal-fired units. In this paper, by tuning the electric fabric filter bypass opening and desulfurization spray level system operating mode, the overall coordination cleaning efficiency of desulfurization system was tested under various working conditions. According to the test results, the tube bundle type dust collector exhibits higher efficiency under high-load conditions. However, under low load conditions, the efficiency drops down drastically and the slurry droplet concentration goes up. Especially, the spray layer operation mode has great impacts on the dust washing effect.
