摘要: 为找出引风机联轴器膜片断裂和中间轴裂纹的根本原因,通过对风机不同工况下扭振、扭矩、瓦振等过程参数的测量和频谱分析,确定风机变频运行产生扭振是轴系损坏的根本原因。通过对风机轴系建模仿真,找出了诱发扭振产生的原因和解决途径,为电厂提出了改进建议。

Abstract: The measurement and spectrum analysis are taken on the process parameters of the fan, such as torsional vibration, torque and bearing vibration, under different conditions to find out the root causes of fan diaphragm coupling fracture and intermediate shaft crack. With the analysis, it is determined that the fan frequency conversion operation causes the torsional vibration and it is the root cause for the damage of the shafting system. Based on the fan shafting system modeling and simulation, the causes and solutions are figured out and suggestions for improvement are put forward.
