摘要: 介绍了某厂1 000 MW汽轮机轴封系统的特点,分析和总结了存在的风险点及隐患。针对汽轮机轴封系统的现状,在不改变原有设计思想和保护原理的基础上,在测量和控制逻辑2个方面做了有针对性的整改及优化,有效地提高了机组运行的安全性,给国内配备了同类型汽轮机的机组提供了参考和借鉴。

Abstract: The shaft seal system of a 1 000-MW steam turbine of a power plant is introduced. Also the risks and potential dangers existing in the system are analyzed and summarized. Regarding the present status of the shaft seal system of steam turbines, specific rectification and optimization are conducted on the measurement and the control logics without touching the original design and the protection principles, which effectively improves the security of the unit operation and can provide reference for the steam turbines of the same type.
