电网倒闸操作票智能监护系统设计

摘要: 介绍了电网公司现行电网倒闸操作票的操作现状、操作要求和操作流程,提出了电网倒闸操作票智能监护系统。该系统综合采用服务器终端、通信网络、智能穿戴设备以及计算机模式识别校验机制,使得原本需要1人监护1人操作的工作模式变为1人监护1人操作的同时电脑作为第2个监护人和具有远程监护人功能的模式,从技术和工作效率上最大限度地避免电网倒闸操作过程中发生误操作的可能性,有效地提高了工作效率。该系统同时使原本调度员口令无票操作任务变为调度员口令有票远程监护操作任务。当完全采用计算机监护和调度员远程监护的工作方式时,可以真正地做到单人执行电网倒闸操作的构想,极大地提高了工作效率和电力公司的经济效益。

Abstract: After review of current operation situation, requirement and process of switching order system, a novel intelligent monitoring system is proposed. The proposed system integrates server terminals, communication network, intelligent wearable equipment and verification mechanism of computer pattern recognition. The computer acts as second remote supervisor in addition to the original one- watch-one-operate working mode, which increase operation safety and improve work efficiency. It also add record and monitoring in the switching process. It is also possible to implement single person switching operation with computer and operator remote operation, which effectively increase working efficiency and reduce operation cost.
