摘要: 在建立电网规划方案的全寿命周期成本模型的基础上,重点研究了可靠性成本的分析计算,提出了一种针对居民用户的需求侧单位缺电成本的求解方法。进一步提出了全寿命周期成本灵敏度分析模型,用于对比不同影响因素对电网规划方案的全寿命周期成本的影响程度。结果显示全寿命周期成本模型能够全面反映配网规划的综合成本,所得的决策方案是真正意义上的最优方案;灵敏度分析模型可以使决策者更好地把握相关因素的影响,有助于方案的选取。

Abstract: Based on establishment of the life-cycle cost model of power grid planning schemes, this paper studies the analysis and calculation of the reliability cost, and proposes a solution method for the demand-side unit power outage cost of residential customers. In the end, a sensitivity analytical model for life-cycle cost is proposed which can be used to compare the impacts of different factors on the life-cycle cost of power grid planning schemes.
