摘要: 某发电厂带式输送机中部采制样装置为CYJ型。由于装置流程、结构设计不合理,使用中存在煤样采制代表性差的问题。电厂针对装置的机械、电气设备和系统保护进行了改造,改造后的技术参数、设计特点及性能检验指标均达到国家标准和行业标准要求,具备机械化、标准化采制样能力,可为采制样机械设备的制造者和使用者提供参考。

Abstract: The CYJ type sampling device is installed in the middle of the belt conveyor at a power plant. Because of the unreasonable process control and structure design of the device, the coal samples are not representative. Some improvements on the mechanical and electrical equipment as well as the system protection of the device are made. After such modifications, the technical benchmark, design characteristics and performance testing indices of the device all meet the related national standard and industrial standard. Being capable of sampling mechanically and normatively, it can also provide the reference for the manufacturers and the users.
