特高压换流变压器非常规安装及现场局部放电试验

摘要: 锦屏换流站低端换流变压器由于设备延迟运输到现场导致工期非常紧张,安装时采用了非常规安装工艺。结合锦屏换流站调试的成功经验,详述了非常规安装工艺条件下的现场局部放电试验方法,以及试验中异常放电的分析和处理方法。该局部放电试验方法很好地解决了两方面的问题,一是采用非常规安装工艺而可能引起的放电问题;二是提高试验效率和缩短试验工期。该方法为今后特高压换流变压器局部放电试验提供了宝贵的经验。

Abstract: Due to the very limited period for installation of low-end convertor transformer in Jinping converter station, which is delayed by difficult transportation condition, unconventional installation techniques had to be adopted. Based on the successful commissioning experience of Jinping converter station, the paper introduces the method of on-site partial discharge test under the unconventional installation condition, and the analyzing and handling methods of abnormal discharge in the test. This partial discharge testing method not only well solves the possible discharge problems caused by unconventional installation techniques, but also significantly improves the testing efficiency and shortens the testing period, which will provide a useful reference for partial discharge testing of UHV converter transformers.
