贵州统调电网典型日负荷特性分析与预测

摘要: 电力负荷特性分析与预测是电力市场分析预测的重要基础,是进行电力规划、设计、生产、运行的重要依据,也是制定相关政策的重要参考。分别对贵州统调电网工作日及周末历史日负荷特性相关指标进行了统计,得出了日负荷率与日最小负荷率具有较强的正相关、日负荷率与日峰谷差率具有较强的负相关等结论。运用协同分析,对日负荷率与日最小负荷率、日负荷率与日峰谷差率之间的关系分别采用线性、二次函数、三次函数进行拟合,采用历史年正常工作日和周末负荷数据进行验证。计算结果表明,线性数学模型拟合效果最好,能够正确、合理地反应相关指标之间的关系。运用该模型对贵州中长期负荷特性进行了预测。

Abstract: Load analysis and forecast is foundation of power market analysis. The statistics on related indices of Guizhou Power Grid history weekday and weekend load characteristics show that daily load rate has a strong positive correlation with minimum daily load rate but strong negative correlation with daily peak-valley ratio. The relationship between daily load rate and minimum daily load rate as well as daily peak-valley ratio is fitted by using linear, quadratic and cubic function. The historical data verification indicates that linear model fits best. The model is applied to load characteristic long-term forecasting of Guizhou province. The result is reasonable and can provide a reference for long-term load forecasting.
