智能变电站同步整组试验方法

Study on the Whole System Synchronization Testing Method in Smart Substation

摘要: 整组试验是考核继电保护装置采样同步性和回路接线正确性的关键项目。分析了智能变电站因分布式采样带来的同步整组试验问题,论述了2种智能变电站常规同步整组试验方法的优缺点和适应性,提出了一种基于全站GPS对时系统的同步信号扩展装置和整组试验方法,给出了同步信号扩展装置功能设计。试验测试结果表明,该方法同步精度高,具有良好的适应性。

Abstract: The whole system testing is a key item for checking the sampling synchronization of relay protection equipment and the wiring correctness of loop. The problems of whole system synchronization testing caused by distributed sampling in smart substation is firstly analyzed in this paper. And then the advantages, disadvantages and adaptability of the two conventional testing methods are compared and discussed. A new testing method and its function design are proposed based on the total station GPS synchronous signal extension device. The testing results show that this method has high precision and good adaptability.
