摘要: 风电场选址是风电场建设的基本任务,其成败关乎风电场建设运行。针对层次分析法在一致性检验及调整上的不足,将模糊层次分析法应用于分散式风电场选址中。首先,简要介绍了模糊层次分析法。在其基础上,考虑闪烁及光影影响、噪声影响等综合评价指标,提出了针对分散式风电场的选址分析方法。利用该方法可以对多个备选风电场场址进行优劣排序。最后,将此方法应用于工程实例。实例计算结果证明了提出的基于模糊层析分析法的分散式风电场选址方法的正确性和合理性。

Abstract: Wind farms siting is foundation and critical point of wind farm construction and operation. In order to improve the consistency checking and adjusting problem in analytic hierarchy process(AHP), a distributed wind farms siting method based on fuzzy AHP is proposed. Firstly, the fuzzy AHP is explained briefly. Next, the siting analysis method based on fuzzy AHP is introduced with consideration of different evaluation indexes such as scintillation, lighting and noise effect. Wind farm candidates can be sorted by proposed method. The application result in engineering project proves effectiveness and validity of the proposed siting method.
